FefisBaby is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Prior to initiating any type of return, please complete our Return Form and we will send you return instructions. Our guidelines for returns are as follows:
All unused merchandise with the manufacturer tag intact returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. Customers will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping the merchandise back to us.
Damaged/defective merchandise will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost. You must notify us by using our Return Form of damaged/defective products within 5 days of receipt. FefisBaby will be responsible for shipping costs of defective merchandise and will provide a return mailing label for the return.
Certain products such as swaddlers, blankets, sleeping bags, creams, pacifiers, teethers, mattresses cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable, unless they are in unopened condition.
Return Mailing Instructions
In your return, please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice. If you do not have your packing slip or invoice, please include other documentation such as our confirmation email showing the order number and a phone number that we can reach you in case we have any questions.
All returns must be sent to via an insured and/or trackable carrier, and please initiate a return by completing our Return Form and waiting for return instructions.
If a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, applicable charges will be withheld from the return credit.
Refunds will be processed only upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Please allow up to 30 days processing time for refund. All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of return.
FefisBaby reserves the right to refuse any returns due to non-compliance with the above guidelines. If we accept a return that does not comply with the above guidelines, the transaction will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
